This afternoon

I've learned that leaving the house and staying busy when I have both kids home is the best way to maintain the peace. This afternoon we headed out to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History for awhile, then to the Cowgirl Museum and then ended up at the mall. Some pics of our afternoon....

On Thursday, I took my kids and Aubry to NRH20 water park. We've been to all of the water parks in the DFW area and this one is our favorite. Marcy had intended to go but was sick so she dropped off Aubry and we all had a lot of fun. I brought my camera but didn't get it out to take pics so you'll just have to take my word for it.

After being at the water park all day, we went home and left for Wichita with Andy. Andy had interviews w/a company in Wichita on Friday and we stayed the whole weekend at Bob and Nicki's house. They had a garage sale Friday and Saturday and Payton and I helped take care of the babies who are now 18 months old. Some pics...

Saturday night we went to the drive-in movies to see Shrek the Third and Spiderman 3. The boy in the pic is Jacob, Bob and Nicki's neighbor.

We had fun visiting and Andy's interviews went well. We should know more about the outcome of the interviews w/in the next two weeks or so.

Payton's been cooking a lot since she's been out of school. This is Mexican Deep Dish Pizza which was made in a skillet that was put into the oven. It was SO good.
