Weekly health update
Labels: health 0 commentsTook me a few days to recover from the half-marathon and I took the week off from exercise. Ate healthy but was voraciously hungry all week. May have lost a few pounds but not really sure.
Starting Body for Life this week which is good because I miss lifting. As my sister-in-law's mom told me in KC this weekend, I need to be lifting because it's important for women to do to protect against things like osteoporosis as we get older. She's right but being lectured about health from her is....hilarious.
