Some pics from the last baseball game
Labels: baseball, Blake 3 commentsI'd be lying if I tried to hide my joy in the baseball season coming to an end. We'll always do whatever the kids want to do for their activity but it doesn't mean I have to like the temporary burden it puts on our schedules. It was fun to watch the kids progress so much from bumbling players to actually making plays and hitting fairly regularly. I'm not sure Blake will want to play again because he gets pretty bored waiting for things to happen. We'll see next summer.

It is difficult! We don't do many "organized sports" because we ski/snowboard half the year. A bit of a break from the routine. Glad you made it through the season!

I actually wish our kids did more organized sports because I think the teamwork is good and it would be nice to get to know other families that way. It's just difficult to fit in with everything else going on. I don't know how people do it who have multiple kids in various sports.

The kids schedule wasn't too affected. They may have missed one "Spongebob" and one "I Love Lucy" episode.
Next year we will request 7:30 games for weather and ease.
